  Total crap. I had an unpleasant experience with this Gap. The cashier( Briselda) made me swipe my credit card twice and they charged double price. When I went back and explainsd the situation, a manager said I have to wait for customer service call. So I was waiting for more than a week and decided to call the customer service. The customer service is terrible. I don't want to explain all the details...Finally I got my refund but I spent a lot of time and nerves. Does it worse to go there again? I think the answer is NO.
