  When our family walked into Jacob Towery's office with our teenage daughter we were desperate and she had seen many therapists for her severe anxiety which turned into a deep and dangerous depression. She was at a critical point and we had no idea if he was the answer. What Jacob offered her was his years of brilliant therapeutic expertise tailored to what she needed. He immediately connected with this teen that was hard to reach and made her feel welcomed and safe. His techniques, skills and approach are unlike any therapist I have encountered. While providing therapy he also guided and taught her real life skills to apply to everyday situations that would have stirred up her anxiety and start the unhealthy cycle. He broke that cycle! Her depression lifted after hard work that she committed to and he committed to be there for her. Jacobs authentic presences was unwavering and supportive while keeping her on a steady path to recovery. There is no other therapist I would recommend nor hesitate to send anyone to see. He provides a type of therapy that is fluid and for each person verses static and that is effective. When my daughter started with Jacob we weren't sure if she would make it through her current grade, let alone get to High School where she ended up graduating the top of her class with the most amazing friends. She is now thriving in College across the country and that we owe to Jacob who laid the foundation and taught her how to find tools and techniques beyond therapy when life is stressful. Seeing Jacob for a year is like seeing someone else for 7 years! There are no other options!
