  After sales support is weak and product is highly variable in quality. They sold is one that didn't work for the frame we specifically asked about. Overall disappointing.

  I own two of their mattresses. Excellent product... But expensive. A+ customer service and after purchase care. They will change out your latex in your mattress to make it harder/softer within the first 8 weeks I believe. I really like their product.
