  Worst carpet service ever. I guys showed up in a mini van with a carpet machine that looked rented and did a horrible job. Added bath water with some smelly soap and it looked exactly the same. I called to complain and they said that what you ordered I said no I wanted a professional carpet cleaning I could have rented one and did the same thing. I called Stanley steamer and got it done the next day for $99 do t waste your time with the company they just hire labors because the receipt said nothing about Palo alto carpet cleaning on it.
